Before fossil fuels, the natural flow of rivers and streams was the original source of power and electricity as society developed into the modern era.

 

Although much needed at the time, old mills and legacy hydro systems are often derelict and in disrepair, often having a harmful effect on the environment and fish migration.

Eco Hydro is working with multiple authorities and heritage sites to modernise legacy systems with the latest fish-pass solutions, whilst also refurbishing with our fish-friendly generators to supply clean renewable power to the local community once again.
